Learn medical terminology, clinical lab skills and more. Participants will receive occupational skills training along with comprehensive support services, career training, life skills workshops, and job placement.
Upon completion of the training, students will test on-site at LARE to earn certifications through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). These certifications are all industry recognized. Upon successfully passing each exam, students will earn the following certifications: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), and/or Certified Electrocardiogram Technician (CET).
Bilingual Hispanics and Latinos with at least a high school diploma, GED or HiSET.
