ABAWD Work Requirements (English) (Spanish) – SNAP Path to Work can help you meet your ABAWD work requirements.

Request for ABAWD Work Program Exemption - Tell us about your situation so we can determine if you are exempt from or already meeting work program requirements. Exemption forms are available for download in English and Spanish.

SNAP Work Requirement Medical Report - Authorizes the release of medical information to DTA, helping us determine if you are exempt from work program requirements.

SNAP Clients Closed for Failure to Meet Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) Work Participation Rules (English) (Spanish) – You can request a review of your strike history or regain SNAP eligibility.

Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) - DTA is a proud sponsor of the SNAP Path to Work program.
